Cooking is my life, and my open kitchen is a straightforward and honest reflection of me as a man and a chef. My open kitchen shows you exactly how each dish is prepared and served in my restaurant. Am I worried that people won’t need me, that they will be able to prepare my specialties on their own No, Cooking isn’t like that!Food is imbued with the feelings and personality of the cook. Even if you were to follow my recipes faithfully, I’m quite sure that they would not come out exactly the same because of one “secret” ingredient: I always put my heart and soul into my food.
As my grandmother says, “A good chef never dies with his recipes.” So, I hope you learn something when you come to my restaurant.And if you make my recipes at home, don’t forget to add plenty of YOUR heart and soul!
