Smokers Catering began in July of 1997. We are a family owned and operated business. My passion for cooking and my headaches in the corporate world led me to my decision to open a carryout/catering business. We specialize in smoked and barbecued foods as well as a wide variety of crowd pleasing, taste tempting menu items. Our slow cooked smoked ribs and zesty homemade barbecue are a must to try. We were honored to be named the highest rated barbecue in Baltimore by Baltimore Magazine (July 2000). Over the past 6 years, we have developed a following of satisfied customers. The majority of our bookings are either repeat jobs or referrals. We have added personnel and equipment, each year, to keep up with the demand. Our mission statement is very simple “Treat every customer the way you would want to be treated”. With this in mind we provide only the highest quality foods and excellent customer service. Whether it’s as simple as a sandwich at our carryout or a full service-catering job.
